When trying to conceive, the amount of info out there is overwhelming and filled with conflicting advice. In real life, there are no one-size-fits-all solutions. Every story unfolds differently. The truth is, infertility sucks. Here, we get real about what it means to struggle with something that comes easy to so many other women.

Fertility Wave was created to destigmatize infertility and bring a positive spin to the reality millions of women face. Whether you’re trying to get pregnant naturally or with reproductive assistance, you can take in some good vibes for a change and find inspiration and advice that you can actually use.

When it comes to fertility, so much is out of our control, but we can choose to focus on our well-being (mind & body) to improve our reproductive health, while accepting the challenge, embracing the craziness and riding the wave to mommyhood.

Hi, I’m Adriana and I am the content creator behind Fertility Wave. My love for words and design, combined with my bumpy road to motherhood led the way to fertilitywave.com

I know how hard it is to deal with fertility issues because it took me 3 years and 3 start-from-scratch IVF cycles to get pregnant with my baby boy. My husband was diagnosed with a congenital bilateral absence of the vas deferens (aka born without the tubes that carry sperm out of the testes) and I have an ongoing battle with my hormones. With a 0% chance of conceiving naturally, our desire to have a big family brings the promise of more challenges to come.

After two failed IVF cycles, I spent a few months working with a traditional Chinese medicine specialist who helped balance my hormones, improve my egg quality and finally get pregnant with a healthy baby boy. I’ve had my share of setbacks and breakdowns, but along the way I found life lessons and silver linings.

Through my own experience and extensive research, along with inspiration and advice from others, my goal is to share anything helpful to all you TTC (trying to conceive) Goddesses out there…because the truth is, you’re among the most determined, resilient, and badass women I’ve come to know.

When I am not Fertility Waving, I’m freelance writing, hanging out with my people (and animals), and traveling whenever I can. Although I adore my home town in Montreal, I dream of living where the palm trees grow.

I hope you stay a while and find something that makes you smile and wherever you are on your journey, I hope you reach your destination.

Peace. Love. And baby dust.
